The Gates of Hellfire slot grid consists of the ENEMY GRID (rows 1-5), where enemies and bosses appear, and the WEAPON REEL (row 6), where weapons and scatter symbols land. Weapons like the Shotgun, Sniper, and Rocket Launcher deal unique attacks to enemies, depleting their health to award prizes.
Collecting three scatter symbols triggers HELLFIRE SPINS, where the grid expands to 7×7, and players face powerful BOSS enemies, including the Baron Twins, Infernal Spider, and Hellfire Tyrant.
With escalating challenges, explosive weapon attacks, and the chance to respawn, Gates of Hellfire delivers non-stop action, strategy, and high-stakes rewards.

The latest Gaming Corps release is the Gates of Hellfire slot. How the devil did you come up with the idea for it?
Heavily influenced by our love of shoot ‘em up video games, Gates of Hellfire was born through creatively blending the hiring popular “Cash Collect” mechanics with this genre of video games. Targeting the millennial generation, we wanted to take mechanics that are tried and tested and merge it with nostalgic themes and an innovative take on a classic mechanic.
After we had this initial idea, we honed in further on how the Collect mechanic would work and very naturally we put together destroying enemies and winning prizes for doing so.
All in all, after the game went into development, we knew that this game was something that can be enjoyed by all.
Talk us through the action for this new hot slot
Players stand against an army straight from the gates of hell using an arsenal of powerful weapons. They will use these weapons to slice, blast and disintegrate their enemies and win prizes.
Their opponents take on many forms, such as the Hell Knight, Plasma Demon and Flesh Golem.
The game’s grid has two parts – top to bottom, rows 1-5 are the Enemy Grid while row 6 is the Weapon Reel. The Enemy Grid may only land Enemies and Boss enemies. The Weapons Reel may only land Weapons and Scatter symbols.
The grid is 5×6 for the base game, but this expands to 7×7 during the Hellfire Spins. Then there’s the Hellbox, a special cell that can award Second Strike, Health Pack and Multiplier features, or the Scatter symbol.
Collecting three scatters will mean you cross into the realm of Hellfire, taking the fight to the powerful Boss demons. Blow them back to hell to claim their massive bounty!
The game is described as having a unique prize collecting mechanic. How does that work exactly?
We really wanted to put a twist on a classic cash collect system. The aim was to have prizes we could display to the player that could only be collected if they landed specific weapons that would eliminate the enemies, or rather, collect the prizes.
The objective in this game is to land an enemy on the grid, while simultaneously landing a weapon that would destroy that enemy.
Shotguns are the weakest weapon but will kill the lowest valued enemy, then as the player plays the game they will see different types of weapons that all have their own attributes and will do different damage and have different damage radius that will affect the grid.
The top weapon, MFG, will obliterate everything on the grid and when it lands, the player is bound to be in for some big rewards.
You’ve reached the one-year anniversary of your revolutionary Smash4Cash mechanic. Tell us more about it.
Smash4Cash™ was created after we decided in mid-2023 that we wanted to make a game type for the online casino space that no one had seen before.
The mechanic came first of course, because we wanted to create a product that’s rooted in slot player behaviours while combining a more casual and arcade style of gameplay.
Smash4Cash™ is a dynamic and exciting mechanic because a specific object within the game might smash open at any moment and reveal a prize or a feature.
It’s been a real success so far and we’re going to further develop Smash4Cash™ across different types of themes so that we create something different for specific markets.
For example, LATAM and Africa players enjoy arcade-style games, so we have begun to specifically target these markets.
We’re continuing to build up our slot suite of games while creating Smash4Cash™ games alongside them so it’s possible that we might look at combining both games in future.

What other plans do you have for 2025 that we should be excited about?
We’re committed to launching into the final few significant regulated markets, and we’re already working hard to be present in almost all major regulated markets by the end of next year.
We’ll also be launching three new unique product lines, building on the success of our previous releases and groundbreaking mechanics.
We’ll continue to develop and release one slot game per month, and I’m pleased to say that our player count increases with each of our releases.
