You’ve got your high value card symbols from 10 to King, with a city landscape in the background. Then you have handcuffs, cars, guns… about the only thing that tells you this is the Basic Instinct mobile slot game is the iconic ice pick and the stacked wilds with Sharon Stones face front and centre.
The music is straight from the movie; though we found it doesn’t always work on every device. Some Android tablets don’t support it, and the iPad can also lack the music but has the spinning sounds.
That’s actually ok, because given a choice we’d rather play the Basic Instinct game as an Android phone slot or iPhone slot anyway. It simply works better as a slot for a few quick spins than for hours of play.
Three features, two reasons to love and one jackpot
The main draw here is that Basic Instinct is a jackpot slot game. Which means the wins here can be good if you get lucky quickly, but generally speaking you won’t find a huge payoff on the base game alone.
There are three features within this game, but only two are worth your time. The way you trigger any is to get one of the three stacked wilds fully covering a whole reel (3 symbols tall).
The normal stacked wild (in red) stays sticky and drops down by one after every spin until it stops completely. It’s not the greatest of features and rarely does more than help you steady your balance.
The free spin stacked wild give you an awe-inspiring 38 free spins which we were very happy about. However, with no multiplier, it can be a little tempestuous, giving you 30x to 40x your bet as an average. Usually you’ll need a combination of this one and the Click Me Feature (blue stacked wild symbol) to get anything over 80x your bet.
That last one will hit often as it’s the way to get that progressive jackpot, and you’ve got to have a little hope right?
Needs more action on the reels
Much like the movie, the Basic Instinct video slot is one to re-discover in between long periods of not playing it. Basic Instinct Bonus Features
