Not a deadly amount for some, grant you, but many players will walk away and play a far more conservative, and profitable jackpot game, like Mega Moolah or Mega Fortune. The progressive jackpot on both of these go into the millions and the base game wins are bigger than Fruit Bonanza mobile slots progressive jackpots.
Basically, what it amounts to is that the bet is high for such low odds and decent base game wins are far and few between. Bad combinations. Might as well play Playtech’s Gold Rally for more entertainment and a bigger progressive jackpot slot. The bet is a little higher, but at least you get some good value out of that slot.
Take away the progressive jackpots and Fruit Bonanza slot is at best, a simple fruit machine with scatters and fairly low volatility. It certainly works well as a mobile slot (in portrait in particular), but we couldn’t find it in our hearts to really be thrilled by such boring wins.
