How To Play Geisha Story Mobile Slot
It hurt us to give the Geisha Story mobile slot a 2 star review. We really wanted to give it more. Here’s our tragic story of love lost and found.
This is a Playtech game, so you automatically know two things. One, it’s going to work wonderfully as an Android slot or as an iPhone / iPad slot. Two, it’s going to look and sound great. It’s pretty in pink, with blossoms and your traditional Japanese symbols on the reels. Even the music is pretty. Pretty is exactly the word we’d use to describe this mobile slot game.
It’s pretty OK. It’s pretty simple. It’s pretty surprising.
The Gameplay of Geisha Story Slot
Here’s the thing. As we were playing this game, we got bored. It hits frequently, if we had to put a number to it, you get a win at least 40% of the time. Meaning you don’t win very much at all.
It’s a low variance slot, so we weren’t expecting huge wins, but on the other hand there’s only so many little wins that barely cover our bet that we can take before we decide to swiftly move on to a more thrilling Playtech slot experience, such as Age of the Gods slot or even the Mr Cashback slot.
But we didn’t. So we kept playing, because we are, if not stubborn, then loyal to our cause. That cause being, giving the Geisha Story video slot a chance, before we write it off from our existence.
And then came the free spins
Which we did ok in. About 40x our bet at the most the first few times, nothing to scream about, but enough to bring us back up. It was 11 free spins, with a 5x multiplier for our best result, all good but fairly standard.
And then we got them again. We started with 14 free spins with a massive 20x multiplier. We re-trigger these a further three times, giving us a total of 36 free spins with a 20x multiplier.
We walked away from that round with a massive 440x our bet win. We’ve researched and found wins bigger than this, with some hitting the mythical 50x multiplier during the free spins.
Did we change our tune?
We couldn’t really. One amazing round, didn’t beat the fact that we were bored for 80% of the time whilst playing Geisha Story slot game. And we had to remember that as we cash out with a huge grin on our face, wondering if we could get lucky again…
This pretty love story certainly has it’s good points. And we were tempted to give it three stars. And then we found out that this is a jackpot slot online, something that’s missing from the mobile slot, and we killed the wind in our redemption sails. It’s charming, but too simple, and the wins not quite big enough often enough to bring entertainment.
Still, you never know, you could get as lucky as we did sooner than we did. We suspect it would make Geisha Story mobile phone slot a new favourite.

Geisha Story Bonus Features
Wilds: The gentleman suitor looking to find love with the Geisha is the wild symbol, and replaces all other symbols except scatter and bonus. It also has the highest pay amount, with five in a row bringing a 10,000 coin win.
Scatter: The old master is the scatter symbol and pays regardless of where this symbol lands on the five reels.
Bonus & Free Spins: Get the Geisha symbol on reels one and five and you'll start the free spins bonus round.
Here you'll be taken to a beautiful garden where you'll pick from 6 fans. We've seen up to 25 free spins possible, though mostly you get around the 10 free spins as an average.
Then, you'll be taken to a second set of 6 fans, where you'll pick your multiplier. Up to 50x is the largest that has been seen, and mostly you'll end up with a good x5 or x6 multiplier. A x10 will also make you more than happy.
Of course, hit a x20 or x50 and you're laughing. Especially as considering how hard it is to get that freaking Geisha to line up during the base game, she appears often enough during the free spins to give you a few re-triggers.
One Small Note: When you get to the free spins page. Have a look at the unfortunate way the suitor is holding (stroking?) his samurai sword. Then look at the creepy eyes.
That, right there, is some rapey artwork. You can do better than that Playtech.
