How To Play Gemix Mobile Slot
Gemix mobile slot is a game like no other. In fact it’s only just a slot machine. But that’s no bad thing.
The first thing you’ll notice about this 7×7 grid is that, well, it looks like something you downloaded on your phone as an app to pass away the time.
Which is exactly what this is, a perfect Play’n GO mobile slot.
Oh sure, you can play it online. But let’s be honest, the Gemix slot was created to fit perfectly as a mobile or tablet slot.
It’s familiar yet unique
Ever played Bejeweled on your phone? You know, where you have to match shapes, and then they burst and more come down from the top?
This Gemix slot game is kinda like that. Except you need to match 5 for them to burst and each time you do, you get cash instead of points.
Better yet, all the wins keep cascading and you get a build up of multipliers, much like Energoonz and the Golden Ticket slot.
But that’s where the resemblance ends.
The many worlds of the Gemix slot game
We write in more detail about the different worlds (3 of them) in our feature section below, and the different wilds you get (each unique), and the crystal charge meter special features (charges on every win).
You can see that by that sentence alone, this little grid slot is very different.
And yes, traditionalist will not like Gemix mobile slot machine because of it. Too many different features make this more game than slot machine.
But in our eyes, it’s part of the appeal.
Play for hours on very little
And much like the casual games Gemix is based on, this is for the casual gamer who want to be able to play for hours.
Not because there aren’t some significant wins as the top win is 1,000x your bet and that’s without the multipliers on each win, which can go up to 8x.
It’s because Gemix video slot was created in order to guide through several worlds, allowing you to win just enough to keep you working your way through the game.
Fun, light, and perfect for the smaller screen.

Gemix Bonus Features
Cascading Reels: Every time you match 5 or more symbols on the reels, they will explode and more symbols will come down from above, giving you a 'free' mini go.
The best part is that on every cascading win you get an additional multiplier that increases with each successive cascade.
Granted, without the multiplier or big cluster of 10 or more symbols then wins here aren't huge, but they keep your wallet topped up until you hit one of the special bonus features.
The Crystal Charge Meter: Every time you win, the little charge meter to the right of the screen starts filling up. Whilst it's full, one of five things can happen:
- Chain lighting: Two corner symbols link up, turning each symbol in between into the same colour.
- Light beam: Light rays shoot out vertically and horizontally from one symbol in the grid, turning everything it touches into the same colour.
- Crystal warp: One symbol is picked randomly and then every symbol of that colour is turned into the colour of the symbol with the most other colours.
- Novablast: One symbol is selected and explodes, leaving a gaping hole in the game, with more symbols then falling from above.
- SuperCharged crystal: The best and hardest to catch. If you have a big enough chain reaction of wins, the crystal can be supercharged, making bigger wins on each cascade and multiplying the whole wins of the game by 3x.
The Worlds & the Wilds:
There are three worlds, which turn in a cyclical nature. In order to progress through each of the worlds, you'll have to have wins over the three different patterns on the board.
Mostly, they turn pretty quickly, every 50 to 100 spins. And in each one, you get different wilds. That's pretty much the only point of swapping round. That and the change of scenery.
The miners world: set deep underground where the gems are dug, the little miners lamp is the wild symbol.
Every once in a while 3 to 10 wilds will drop down from the top, settling on different positions in the grid.
The Princess' world: cute and pink and slightly creepy (the princess character at least) this isn't half as syrupy as we expected.
And it has the extra bonus of having 'spreading wilds'. Here, one of the symbols on the edge is picked and the wild symbols will move either vertically, horizontally or diagonally until it reaches a new edge, giving you multiple wins.
The wild symbol here is the lollipop.
The wizard wild: The most beautiful of the three worlds, here you'll be taken deep into the golden woods where the wizards hides in his palace.
The wild is the books, and shows up randomly in one of four patterns, where they will remain sticky for as long as the symbols keep cascading.
